1 year warranty

Mistakes happen, we know. If you think your product is not working the way it should, please check the user manual available in the box or in the product’s page on our website. If the issue cannot be resolved this way,then it’s time to reach out to us.

To start a warranty claim, please make sure to have registered your product on our site using the “Register your product” option on the top left corner menu. Our warranty covers defects on material or workmanship, it does not cover cosmetic deterioration due to fair wear and tear, misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, or service performed by unauthorized service agencies.

Extended loyalty warranty

Just like we stand behind our products, we like to support those that supported us. This is why, if you find your product to be faulty outside the 1 year warranty period, you are entitled to claim on our loyalty warranty for up to 10 years from date of purchase. This warranty grants you a 50% discount on your next order through our website. Discount is applicable on only one order for up to 5 items and cannot be combined with other discounts.
